Vidmar has built every cabinet at its Allentown, Pennsylvania plant since 1965. The drawers in a Vidmar cabinet ride on full-suspension ball-bearing slides rated to 400 lbs. The housings are formed from 180-gauge steel. Every cabinet is made to order, never warehoused, never imported.
That pedigree is why it's specified into aerospace tool-control programs, why it's the standard at military depots, and why it carries a lifetime warranty. When Echo ships a cabinet, it's coming off the same line that's been building heavy-duty American storage for sixty years.
Our process
One point of contact owns your project end to end (discovery, design, approval, build, and install) so nothing falls between hand-offs.
It starts with a conversation (a call, and where it helps, a walk of your floor) to map your space, throughput, tooling, and the constraints the storage has to work around.
Cabinet layouts and drawer plans are drafted and priced on the Vidmar modular system. The layout planner confirms every run fits your walls with full drawer-access clearance before anything is ordered.
We review every cabinet, drawer-loading diagram, lock plan, and accessory together. Nothing goes to the factory until the configuration (and the price) is signed off. No surprises at delivery.
Cabinets are manufactured to order at the Allentown plant: 180-gauge steel, factory-finished in your spec color, lifetime-warranty-backed, with quality checks on every drawer and weld, then crated for shipment.
A field crew uncrates, levels, anchors, keys, and labels on site, turnkey, and wherever possible landed on a single delivery date, so your technicians are working out of the cabinets the next morning.
Not every project fits a catalog.
